Несмотря на раскол, произошедший в группе Panic! at the Disco в июле (группу покинули гитарист Райан Росс и басист Йон Уолкер), работа над песнями продолжается. Фронтмен группы Брендон Юри рассказал журналу Billboard, что он и Спенсер Смит активно работают над новыми песнями для третьего альбома группы. У них готово уже 10 демо-записей, а недавно вышел новый сингл Panic! at the Disco "New Perspective". Уже есть договоренность с басистом Blink-182 Марком Хоппусом на совместную запись одного трека.  Panic! at the Disco планируют закончить запись альбома осенью и выпустить его в начале 2010 года.

Despite the split that took place in Panic! at the Disco in July (the guitarist Ryan Ross and the bassist Jon Walker have left the band), the work at the new songs is carrying on. The band's frontman Brendon Urie told Billboard that he and Spencer Smith are recording some new material for the third band's album. They've got 10 demoes ready and the new single out. The song is called "New Perpective". There's already an arrangement for a production of one track with Blink-182 bassist Mark Hoppus. Panic! at the Disco are planning to finish the album in autumn and release it at the beginning of 2010.
