 В интервью сайту фестиваля Sonisphere гитарист Slipknot Джим Рут сказал, что не уверен что ждет группу в будущем. Музыканты Slipknot еще не определились, будут ли они продолжать играть вместе после смерти басиста группы Пола Грея. Джим Рут и фронтмен Slipknot Кори Тейлор ближайшие два года проведут в турне со своим сайд-проектом Stone Sour и только после этого группа соберется в полном составе для решения вопроса о ее будущем. В этом же интервью Джим признался, что сейчас судьба Slipknot занимает музыкантов меньше всего: они сильно переживают смерть Пола и пытаются прийти в себя после этого трагического события.

In the interview to the official site of Sonisphere festival Slipknot guitarist Jim Root said that he is mot sure about what's in store for the band in the future. The musicians of Slipknot still haven't decided whether they will continue to play together after the death of the band's bass player Paul Gray. Jim Root and Slipknot's frontman Corey Taylor will spend the next two years touring with their side-project Stone Sour and only after that all the musicians will get together to decide on their next move. In the same interview Jim said that the fate of Slipknot is of the minor interest for them just now as all of the musicians are grieving over Paul's death and are trying to overcome this tragical loss.
