Kape York: We'd fit in the pop rock catagory
 1) Tell our readers more about how your band started? How did you get to know each other?
Trixy: Me and Callum always used to see each other around Liverpool when we were 13 years old. We got talking at a gig and were best friends ever since.
Locke: I heard that Trixy liked Tokio Hotel, and we got talking one day. I drew a picture of her and Bill and she loved it.
Cally: Yeah, also Locke already knew Sam and I already knew Jayden.
2) When did you start playing music and what influenced your decision to become a musician?
Locke: I started to learn piano from the age of 7, my uncle gave me lessons. My influences piano-wise were jazz composers as that's the style my uncle taught me.
Trixy: When I was younger I was really into Blink-182 (and I still am) and when I heard the song Carousel I put down my guitar and picked up my bass, then that's when I knew I was doing the right thing.
Cally: Well, we needed a guitar player so I had a go, & then I just fell in love with it really.
3) What is the best way to describe your sound?
Cally: I don't know really, we just write what comes to us naturally. But I guess we'd fit in the pop rock catagory.
4) Where do you draw inspiration for your music?
Cally: I always get inspired by watching my favourite perfomers live.
Trixy: I'm the same as Cally.
5) Your looks are stunning! What was the inspiration for them? Do they help to reveal your characters?
Cally: I draw inspiration from my style from the 60s and 80s & becuase I'm quite shy and introverted when I first meet people, I usually wear loud clothes to show my fun loving personality.
Trixy: Yeah definitely. I wear a mix of different clothes, bright colours, dark colours. I guess that means my moods are constantly changing haha!
6) In your opinion, what’s the connection between music and fashion? What does fashion mean for you personally?
Cally: I think music is the most important thing, but during live perfomances its always good to stimulate the eyes as well as the ears. Fashion to me just means showing your personality through clothes and having fun.
7) How can you describe your live performance?
Locke: High energy!
8) How do you usually start working at a new song?
Locke: We write the lyrics first and then normally I will write something on piano.
Cally: Then I'll write the guitar and Trixy does the bass.
9) What are your other interests, apart from music?
Trixy: We all have the same interests really, Japan, drawing, fashion, music. I also like photography, psychology and other languages.
Cally: Yeah we're all pretty much into the same things actually, just at different ends. For example, we're all into fashion but we all like different areas of it.
10) Share your plans for the future, please :)
Cally: We hope to write a whole new range songs and bring an even better sound that previously! We took a short break to concentrate on our studies but now we are back!
