My Dying Bride: «Quite gloomy and somewhat closed»
  When can we expect the new creations from you? which kind of sound is planned?
Aaron: Early next year which is when we should release the next proper LP. I'm not sure how it will sound yet but it will be very dark & heavy for sure.
How long do you writing lyrics for a new album? In what condition you have to plunge so that the text comes out the most successful?
Aaron: The lyrics take a very long time because they must be right. And yes, I do quite like to plunge myself into a semi-drunken state with lovely wines from around the world as this helps me to let myself go and say all the right words.
Is music for you a way to heal the emotional wounds?
Aaron: Yes indeed and it probably is for most people. I'd like to think that our music can heal, despite its deep melancholy.
You play depressing music, and many perceive you as a very gloomy and closed people. And what are you in real life?
Aaron: Quite gloomy and somewhat closed. I do not have a facebook or twitter account as I have no interest in following anyone and have no desire at all to tell the world what I had for lunch!
You had a free day in Russia. Whatat tractions did you visit?
Aaron: Naturally we went to Red Square to see the Kremlin and the tomb of Lenin, watched the changing of the guard in the snow and ate a lot of lovely food. It was fantastic!
Let's distract from the music and talk about life.
When did you last thank fate, and what was the cause for this?
Aaron: Every time a plane that I am on lands safely. I hate flying!
Who, in your opinion, is the most prominent person of the past century?
Aaron: My father of course. Or Churchill.
